In the spirit of fun, whimsy, and creative freedom, we present our take on Pass The Salt by Joy Crookes and Vince Staples. Inspired by the song’s bold message about navigating others' envy of your success, this piece is both a celebration and a challenge, as it encourages us to step outside our comfort zone. Imperfectly perfect, this project is a reminder that art doesn’t have to be polished to be powerful
Harassment Awareness Project
Bad Guy (2024)
How often do we see the normalization of stalking and harassment in South Asian movies and music videos? Probably enough for us to actually lose count. South Asian media, for decades, has not only normalized the above behaviours, but has also shamelessly romanticized them. Harassment and eve-teasing aren’t just moments of discomfort, they’re violations of personal space and dignity. This project, explores the romanticization of stalking, and eve-teasing through the rosy lens of Bollywood and turns the narrative around on the stalkers themselves.
Bollywood Reimagined
2SLGBTQIA+ Project
Bollywood and the South Asian media have often depicted the Queer community in derogatory & offensive ways. They’ve been stereotyped, mocked, and shown as caricatures of themselves in several mainstream movies. This is why we’ve recreated 4 Iconic Bollywood songs by replacing prominent Bollywood actors with members belonging to the South Asian Queer Community in Toronto. Pure Imagination (2022)
Horror Mashup Project
We created this piece in collaboration with students from Centennial College's Storyworks Course. Their aim was to work with professionals from the Dance industry and learn the ropes in creating a concept video from start to finish. It was truly a pleasure to work with young but really bright and creative minds. Let us know how you like this and stay tuned for a sequel!

Body Positivity Project
We've created this piece, to promote Body Positivity, within the Dancer and the South Asian communities, where 3 dancers navigate through difficult scenarios, reclaim their power, and smash antiquated norms by taking up space unapologetically.

Worldwide Dance Project
With this project, we wanted to unite women from all over the world through dance! Performers in this video come from all walks of life and backgrounds and find themselves uniting over one common theme - their love for dance! These womxn have taken the time out of their busy lives to choreograph, meet up and successfully record their pieces (successfully), and for that, we are truly grateful. Check out the fruits of their hard work above!
